What parts of Mexico do you serve?
We are located in Mexico City but We Provide Our Services around the entire Mexican Republic, we have specialists who go to your company or laboratory.
Where do you ship the consumables?
We send our consumables to the entire Mexican Republic and abroad, depending on where they are located, the cost of shipping will depend. We ship our consumables by DHL, FEDEX, ESTAFETA or UPS.
Do you accept returns?
We have a guarantee policy for both our services and our new consumables. There is no guarantee on used or spare parts purchases.
How long does it take to ship the consumables or equipment?
Our shipping time will depend 100% on whether the required consumable or equipment is found in our warehouse, if so, it will take between 2 to 3 days to ship it. If we do not have it available for immediate shipment, it will take about 1 month.
